We're on the move. We are moving into the Kent countryside, and back into a home that has a garden, in a quiet location. This move is the main reason that I haven't been publishing my newsletter. Finding a new home takes up a lot of time and energy, especially when you have to consider the needs of your family.
Also, with this change of home, we are taking a different approach to the last time we moved. As a family, we have decided to use the simplification and decluttering techniques as used by the new wave of minimalists around the world. Now, I'm not going all Kondo and "feeling joy" with this approach; instead, we are taking a long hard look at what we have, and what we need, keeping it simple. So, far we have donated several large boxes of toys and games to charity, books to Africa and clothes to various goodwill organisations, and it feels good!
I am still working on this newsletter - among others. I need another week or two to get my family settled into our new surroundings, and I'll be back on it. Until then, thank you for your patience.
